Following the 2016 Council on Legislation ruling about meeting frequency it occurs to me that:
1.We might consider changing the TOPIC of the Week to TOPIC of the Fortnight
2.We already meeting the minimum criteria for meeting frequency with our Fortnightly GTM
3.GTM time does not suit everyone
4.With a Fortnightly TOPIC members will have more time to comment and also to look at the comments
